Qualifications: Athlete has to be a current member of his school's track and field team and he has to compete in the 100 meters. Last year's winner was former University of Tennessee wide receiver Leonard Scott(10.13)and second place went to former Kansas State defensive back Terence Newman(10.20) who was drafted fifth by the Dallas Cowboys.
