Tigers Silde One Slot in Latest Football Poll

CLEMSON, SC -- The Tigers fell one spot in the latest USA Today/ESPN Coaches' Poll to No. 12. Texas leapfrogged the Tigers

after the Longhorns routed rival Texas A&M this past weekend. There was no change in the Tigers'

position in the lastest Associated Press Poll.

The Tigers' next game will be in the Gator Bowl on January 1, 2001. Their opponent is

still unclear at this time.
