CLEMSON, SC -- According to MickyPlyler.com Clemson has landed two new football commitments. Defensive lineman Rod Whipple from Irwinton, GA and defensive back Micheaux Hollingsworth from Shannon, NC both committed to the Tigers after visiting the Clemson campus this weekend. Hollingsworth, however, says he will not enroll in school till January 1, 2002 because the Tigers are filling up at that position and can only sign 25 prospects in one class. These two latest commitments bring Clemson up to 26 total commitments.
