Herring Update

Defensive coordinator Reggie Herring will have surgery to repair his Achilles tendon on Wednesday. He will be in a cast for 4-6 weeks. Herring said he will still coach from the sideline on game days with crutches probably and rest in between series. Herring also said that this injury is just an inconvenience and will not become a distraction for him or the players.
