First Look: 2000 Clemson Football Uniform

CLEMSON, SC -- The 2000 version of the Clemson football uniform

at first glance remains largely unchanged from last year. However,

upon closer inspection there are a few subtle changes. Navy blue and orange

piping has been added around the sleeves and the collar. The pattern for the stripe on the pants

has also been altered. This is the second year of Clemson’s association with

Nike in producing the uniforms.

On Monday, it was announced Clemson has asked permission from its seven home

opponents to allow them to wear white jerseys and orange pants at home.

Below are drawings of the 1999 and 2000 Clemson

football uniforms. Please note that the colors may not be exactly true

to life due to imperfections in the scanning method.
