Clemson, SC—Clemson quarterback Cullen Harper had successful surgery on his left (non-throwing) shoulder on Sunday in Seneca, SC. Clemson team orthopedic surgeon Dr. Larry Bowman performed the operation.

“The surgery went well and we expect Cullen to be back at practice on Tuesday, and ready to start against Boston College in two weeks,” said Clemson Coach Dabo Swinney.

Harper has completed 114-186 passes for 1291 yards and six touchdowns in seven games so far this season. He threw his 34th and 35th career touchdown passes in the Tigers 21-17 loss to Georgia Tech on Saturday. He is now first in the ACC in passing efficiency in conference games with a rating of 123.0.
