Here is a look at how the Clemson basketball signees did in their senior seasons and recent All-Star games.

Shawan Robinson led Leesville Road High School in Raleigh, NC to a 16-6 overall record and a 3rd place finish in its conference. The 6-2 guard led his team with 24.2 points, 4.8 assists, and 5.1 rebounds per game. He had season highs of 38 points, 9 assists, and 10 rebounds.

Robinson recently participated in the Jordan Brand Capital Classic at the MCI center in Washington, D.C. where he scored 12 points and dished out 6 assists. He was also selected to the NC vs SC All-Star game where he scored 20 points and handed out 3 assists.

Robinson's coach Darryl Robinson, who is also his father said "He(Shawan) has shown tremendous growth in his leadership skills. I am extremely proud of him as a coach and a father."

Akin Akingbala a 6'9 215 pound, power forward from the Brunswich School in Greenwich, CT averaged 22 points,

14 rebounds, and 6 blocks per game this season. He had single game highs of 41 points, 23 rebounds, and 15 blocks.

Head coach Greg Dobbs describes him as a player who learns quickly and improves everyday. Akingbala grabbed MVP honors at the April 7th Born2Run Classic in Pittsburgh, Pa. He scored 23 points, grabbed 12 rebounds, and blocked 6 shots in leading his team to a 105-83 victory over fellow Clemson signee Julian Betko's team.

Betko, a 6-5, 190-pound wing player from Slovakia tallied a team high 12 points and dished out 7 assists in the game. He was also blocked on a dunk attempt by his future teammate Akingbala.

Betko has been described by Jim Hoy, his coach at Sharon High in Sharon, Pa as the best shooter he has ever seen. Judge for yourself -

in a recent private workout Betko made 82 of 100 two point shots, 97 of 100 free throws, and 85 of 100 three point shots.

Robinson, Betko, and Akingbala give Clemson fans and Larry Shyatt something to roar about in the future.
