Baseball to Play Three Orange & Purple Games This Weekend

Clemson will play three Orange & Purple baseball scrimmages at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, announced Wednesday by Head Coach Jack Leggett. Admission is free to all three games. On Friday, October 7, the first of three scrimmages will be held at 3:00 PM. The final two scrimmages will take place on Saturday, October 8 at 1:00 PM, and Sunday, October 9 at 1:30 PM. Times are subject to change based on inclement weather. The intrasquad scrimmages will conclude fall practice. The Tigers, who advanced to the Waco (TX) Super Regional in 2005, will open the 2006 season on February 17 at home against James Madison.
