CLEMSON in the NFL

C.J. Spiller injury update

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson standout C.J. Spiller talked about his rehab from this broken clavicle during a Bills' media session on Monday: "Everything feels good. Everything is on schedule," Spiller told the Buffalo News.

"Not rushing anything. Not getting too high or too low. You just take it one day at a time and try to get better each and every day. You look for improvements from it. It's been responding well, and hopefully it'll continue to do that."

C.J. Spiller will resume practicing for the Bills in an estimated four weeks from his return from the IR list and will be eligible to play in Week 16. The team hopes that they will still be in the playoff hunt and Spiller will be ready to go for the final two regular season games.

Spiller had surgery two weeks ago to repair a broken clavicle after being tackled on a 52-yard run against the Minnesota Vikings. For the season, Spiller has 69 rushes for 287 yards.
