Hope that doesn't do anything to our far out scheduled games with UGA and OU

Found ND exciting first time they came to the Valley in 2015. I find it quite a bore now compared to playing a team like UGA or aTm. Nothing exciting about the game. Rivalry? Please I know, live by or work with not one ND fan.

And boy can they be obnoxious for no apparent reason.

Absolutely, hope that doesn't change any of our upcoming games with you guys. But did any of y'all go to South Bend for your games up there recently? (I think y'all have played up there 2 or 3 times in the last 6 or 8 years or so). I have to say our trip up there in 2017 changed my opinion of ND fans. They were actually really gracious, and were happy to show us around the campus. They were very surprised how many UGA fans were there, and I got a lot of compliments about how well we supported our school, and even some congrats after the win. So just wondering - if any of y'all went up there recently, did it change your opinion of their fans?

Starts in 2027. This will be great for TV revenue for us.

Playing Notre Dame is a natural extension of our rivalry and will be a great thing. Everyone just needs to get over the ACC/Notre Dame deal and accept they are a Top 3 draw in football.

For some reason the ACC and B!G are too dumb to figure that one out.

2029 Schedule we have 13 regular season games scheduled. 9/1 - East Carolina; 9/15 UGA; 11/17 Furman; 11/24 USC; and Notre Dame. We will have to cancel a game that is already on the schedule.

Getting rid of UGA makes the most sense. That leaves us with two legitimate out of conference games and two cupcake out of conference games, which seems to be the model we've been following.

We just locked up a decade long home and home series with one of the top 5 most valuable college football brands. A top 5 all time winningest college football program. A top 5 most watched college football program year in and year out. And yet some of you still find something to complain about.
“This will get boring quick”
Is that what you think about beautiful women? Is that how you feel about a cold beer on a hot day? Is that how feel about your favorite song? Good lord, take a break from whining for 5 minutes to realize that our athletic department is making lemonade out of our situation with the ACC and creating a secure future for Clemson football.
Great move for Clemson.

In 1977 we thought ND was the epitome playing in DV

And in 1979 (at that game with 9 yo Son) we got revenge by beating an Irish team at their place and rejoiced as broadcaster Jim Phillips called the game.
Seems Clemson fans have gotten a big head since our Tiger teams have excelled, maybe more than ND since 1979 what with 7 CFP games, 3 Finals and 2 Natties but truth is ND may still be America’s team due to terrific history and being the pride of many Catholics.
Let’s play and beat them as often as possible and have Fish with hush puppies on Friday b/4 games.
