Just got back to town & was reading the front page article about the vandalism suspect. "Clemson police are trying to make sure they do everything in a proper manner, and that they realize they have time to investigate and are using this time to prepare a proper case" regarding the 2 other boys involved in the case. I remember hearing the same line about Jeff Dubnansky and Bryant Gallup 16 years ago after they killed a good friend of mine, Brooke Holsonback. Hate to compare cases, but I have little to no faith in the Clemson PD to do anything until they are forced to. Maybe if you brought these guys to campus a gave them a few drinks, the police would finally arrest them.

it's pretty obvious who the other 2 are. he was in the area camping w/ his family. he has 2 younger brothers. i'm assuming that they are hold charges against his brothers to see how he cooperates and what kind of restitution he agrees to. i think Clemson wants fair justice, not to destroy this family.

If he was indeed camping with his FAMILY - I'm assuming that the DAD was there. If so, the DAD has a ton to lose and should make some hard decisions here. I wasn't in favor of ruining a man's business, but an example needs to be made here.
I'm still sad that the kid hasn't had his ### kicked yet.

I just want the perpitrator to do some jail time. Not years but is think a few weeks in addition to some other punishment would send a valuable message to him and others

Like I said, I have no faith in the Clemson PD to do anything until they are forced to. Watching 2 guys take the life of a friend & getting away with it will leave a person with a bitter taste.

hearing the story about the Buck Wild guys that died a few months ago I was thinking that maybe that could have happened to Brooke. That's assuming the guys got scared and then just disposed of her body in the lake.

Yeah they did AFTER one of Brooke's family members who was a coroner from another county requested it. They were just calling it a drowning to start of with. There was teeth marks on one of the boy's arms
