They are Big 12 pumpers. They want CU and FSU in the Big 12 and it ain't gonna happen. They are full of it.

Deer lowered, sweet eight-pound, six-ounce, newborn infant Jesus, don't even know a word yet—just a little infant, so cuddly but still omnipotent. We just thank you for all the games we've won and the 21.2 million Finetard haters — woo! -- love that Finetard hate that idiot accrued over the past 10+ seasons!

Paul can wax philosophical all he wants.

If he thinks SEC added TX and OU because they are the "premier flagship schools" in the state, then he is naive enough to think that LSU fired Ed Orgeron because the players had too low a GPA.
If he thinks the SEC presidents are more concerned about "prestige names" than they are about ESPN contracts, then he is naive enough to think that Kirby Smart id going to ban his players from driving cars while on scholarship.
Paul is no dummy. He knows he can wax philosophical and sound like the SEC is no more converned about football than the Ivy League is when it comes to expansion. But, he knows it ain't true.
Paul knows money drives the train. Those 2 guys should have called his bluff and laughed in his face.

There's not much thinking involved with Pawl. He says what's he's told to say.

We have to remember, Paul is primarily addressing the unwashed masses of the SEC nation. Paul is a UT grad who must surely know that it's all about the money. Therefore, he must understand basic economics and think very little of his listeners to blow that much smoke up their shorts.

I've heard all the talk about the B1G and SEC wanting to expand into...
1

states. That's geography. Expansion isn't about states, it's about viewership. FSU and Clemson bring that to the table. Virginia and UNC not nearly as much.
A man who builds widgets looking for a partner to expand his business is considering different other widget manufacturers. All of them have regular buyers and the man's business model is everyone with an equal share of the money.
Does he not select the ones who produce the most widgets and have the most customers?
Not Paul Finebaum. He's claiming he's rather spread his widget business to states which just don't have the market to contribute to the income it brings.
This is basic 100 economics. You don't need a PHD in econ to know the concept of sharing with those who are earning the least is practical. The last time I looked the SEC and B1G have enough charity cases to feel they've satisfied their sharing with those who don't earn.
