Supposedly but it never really was. It’s just we were way worse on offense. Can you say anyone who is 3 of 13 making the tourney has a forte?

We lost a game on the road to a team that was in the final 4 last year, and we're 11-2. 7 of the top 10 teams in the country have lost 2 or more. We are currently tied for 3rd in our conference, and there's a long way to go.
I have no idea how the rest of the season will go, but this has been a fun team to watch so far. And yes, I'm very familiar with the history of Clemson basketball.

You're right, but I also tend to think that a head coach who is supposedly renowned for his defensive mindset would have his team better prepared to, you know, actually play defense and limit the opposing team to a lot less than 70% or what ever they shot.

going. Looked like the football team the first 8 games. PJ missed that easy rebound and layup and they got a breakaway dunk.Then we came down and had a poor inbounds pass for another breakaway dunk and that was it basically...and MIAMI could not miss. TWO GUYS DID NOT MISS A SHOT in the second half...Remember the back to back games Rattler had last year against Tenn and Clemson...stuff like that happens..

Miami guards got to the rim too easily all game long. Either a layup or kick out 3. Not that hard to shoot a high % when the defense is standing still.

I would love to have a 1800 to 2000 SF rustic cabin with a loft, hot tip, and dock a nice boat and a small guest house about 1000 SF. A need a couple of Big Screen TV’s , fast internet and a TV package so I want miss any Clemson and Braves games. Only for the games I can’t attend in person.
A nice dock, an 18 foot center console boat designed for fresh and salt water. I need a name for my boat. I will accept any ideas that are respectful to Clemson and is not racist. No sex related names please.

Brad Brownell finally spoke truth when he said our defense was "nonexistent". Evidently this team has gotten the mindset that they can just outscore anybody. Memphis, and now Miami, diabused them of that notion.

Yes, they shot well. But also had lots of easy makes due to poor defense.
Miami shot 53% for the game. Good but not amazing.
Fast break points Miami 15 to 4 for Clemson.
Despite being much smaller - Miami out rebounded Clemson by 4.
Miami had 4 more assists.
Miami had 2 more steals.
Miami had 2 less turnovers.
Despite being much smaller inside - Miami had more points in the paint.
This tells us it was not simply an amazing shooting night.
