Congratulations Travis, I’m so happy for you!
You set the example by breaking several ACC all time records & coming back for a fourth year while maintaining your humility to be a great team player.
Go ETN, go get that big second contract too!
We need ur brother, hope & pray he becomes a Tiger too!

I really think Travis’ story has been a testament to great family, personal maturity and utilizing the exceptional player development group at Clemson.
Staying another year raised analyst eyebrows at the time. Now, it looks like the best decision he could have made. By improving his pass blocking and receiving skills, he’s markedly increased his value as a player and also walks through the rest of life with a degree from Clemson University.
Try to convince me that this same outcome would have been produced had he played for Cookie Monster.

Isn't that basically what has been said for a long time now, it's even preferred by most NFL coaches, and owners that college recruits stay their 4 years at the college level. The more time they work on things at the college level, that is a must in the NFL, the more they will be ready for the NLF game, and that alone raises their chances of success, and a spot on an NFL roster....

Agree completely. The distinction in my view is that within the vast minority of other programs that extra year would offer little incremental development, whereas at Clemson, Travis and the coaches worked against a plan that included Travis’ long term best interests.

So happy coming back for his senior season had no negative effect on his draft pick.

realistically ever need. Even a mediocre stock broker could come up with a good return on investment of that kind of money.
But, unfortunately, many pro athletes just have to have the BLING, and blow huge sums of money on what amounts to nothing. Hopefully the PAW Journey has taught Travis how to wisely use his newfound riches to sustain him and his family for the rest of their lives.

You would think that your opinion on what he spends his money on doesn’t mean a #### thing. He earned it. He is entitled to spend it on whatever he wants.

Man I just watched 30 for 30 “broke” last night. I keep thinking a Clemson product wouldn’t go that route. ETN seems like a super good kid I couldn’t be happier for him and family! He has earned it! I hope he knocks it out of the park in Jacksonville! When I see his interviews and he talks about home, it seems like an awesome family and would be cool to hang out with at a bbq or something.

I read your statement, then I looked at your pulse, and I easily understand why your pulse is so low. And bc you felt the need to be ugly to a donating member on this board/site simply bc he expressed his thoughts, it made me feel good to add another TD to your opinion!!! You are ignored!!!

Totally agree! We aren't giving ETN personal advice, just hoping he manages his fortune well and isn't poor when he gets old. PAW Journey is great stuff.
