Yeah, this stuff does not happen in the echo chamber! LOL

Maybe CAC, OST, and CAT can try riding around similar neighborhoods as an experiment. To be statistically significant, though, might need a few more volunteers. Grimm would surely volunteer - he stands up to the gang bangers in the city on a daily basis.

Here's the plan - drive slow, roll window down and look at people, then report back.
