She has said many times that she is African American (black), One parent from Jamacia and one from India. That would somewhat explain her complexion (I think she is attractive (but a left wing loney tune). Not trying to bring race into this but she is one that said she is black.
Elizabetn Warren claimed she was Indian (feathers not dots) and was proven wrong. Why would you claim to be something you are not??
I recall Obama claiming he was African American with one white parent and one black. 50/50 he could as easily claimed he was white.
We all are what we are as we were born. Why try to be something else ???

People like Obama have always been considered black (and not white) in the US. It wouldn't make much sense for him to call himself white, because he would never be seen and treated as if he was white. Other people would look at him and see a black man. That said, he has acknowledged and spoken many times about his white mother.
The "one-drop rule" that was law in much of the US said that people with any known black ancestry were black. If you had 7 white great-grandparents and only 1 black great-grandparent, you were still considered black and it was illegal for you to marry a white person in the South until 1967.
Kamala is mixed-race. There's no reason why she can't recognize and identify with both sides of her family. She has talked about being both black and Indian.

The one drop rule was never a written law that I know of, but a bad decision by the SC Supreme Court that got used all over the South. Even though the SC Constitution said the children in that case were white (1/32 african at the most, I believe), the court basically said that they were black because their neighbors claimed they were black and they could trace one ancestor who was considered black. The story behind it is pretty crazy if you dig into it, but it's summarized pretty well in a couple of books.

Found reference to a couple of laws circa 1910 considered to be one drop. The SC supreme court decision is from 1915 or 16. It was referenced in multiple other states after that.

Why did Kamala, in a discussion (interview?) with a woman ~ 20+ years ago, not only ‘identify’ as being Indian-American, but in response to an assertion type question ‘aren’t you part black,’ Kamala responded with ‘no, I’m not black’?
I get it that TNet’s lefties are doing everything they can to swamp the ‘does Kamala identify as black or Indian?’ question with obfuscation such as ‘why does it matter’ and ‘Kamala had never refuted the black part of her lineage’ in hopes of influencing a TNet lurker into feeling good about Kamala.
Black people know better. Because Kamala has made race (identifying as black at this time for reasons of political expediency) and gender (betcha that she won’t attempt to define what THAT is) as the two most important electability factors in her candidacy, blacks have looked into her self-promotional narrative.
They don’t give her a pass for repudiating her own ‘blackness’ simply because she said this about herself many years ago. She was an adult at the time when she said it.
Thus, Kamala has baked into her very own cake one reason why black people don’t trust her.
She flip-flops on so many things. Her self-identity race flip flop reminds blacks, Hispanics, Indian-Americans, and whites why they can’t trust her on her policy positions, either.

Do you know how many people in the United States have their DNA attributed to multiple races? I don’t know but it’s a lot. Plenty of white people walking around this country that have a small or large percentage of African DNA or Hispanic DNA or other DNA.
What’s the difference between somebody that is 5% black or 40% black or 72% black? I don’t know. I don’t know if there’s a difference. Are you 100% white European? Are you 2% native American? Are you 3.2% Hispanic? I don’t know and you don’t know unless you have done a DNA test.

As her mother said, she knew Kamala and her sister would be perceived as black girls because their father was black. So they chose to live in a black neighborhood in Oakland. In this country, you are still what people perceive you as, but it is not as restrictive as it was in October of 1964. In some other states, her parents could have still been arrested and jailed for miscegenation at that time. Those laws were in effect until 1967.
BTW, the story about Elizabeth Warren being proved wrong on native ancestry is factually wrong. You can't prove that negative. At the level she was talking about, several generations back, it's possible to show little to no matching DNA from any particular ancestor. The more generations you go back, the more possible it gets. For her, it would have been trail-of-tears era, but a Cherokee forcibly removed from Georgia at that time could easily be significantly less than 100% native.

Complete moron, her DNA test showed up to 1/64 native american DNA. That the equivalent of one 4x great-grandparent. Using my ancestors at 5x great (because I'm 15 years younger than her), places that equivalent as somebody who could have lived into the middle 1800s and be prime for removal in the 1830s. The math is probably a little hard to understand, but she could easily have two 4x greats who were half native and would have been removed to Oklahoma too. Or other combinations of greats with as little as 1/8 each that the land-thieves would target for removal. All of those removed with up to 1/8 native american blood were considered Indians by the government and land thieves. The orange farting liar misrepresented the results and all of his trash followers believed him.

So the constitution is the document which seperates powers in this country and explains what powers each branch of the government has. It is also a base set of laws for our country. It isn’t a founding document other than explaining what can be done and by whom. The declaration on the other hand is a founding document which declares our independence from England and does specifically mention God. The founding fathers of our country with some exceptions such as Ethan Allen and Thomas Paine were all religious and had deep faith. Washington, Madison and Hamilton wrote about God.

Yes, the Declaration is a founding document but the Constitution is considered one as well. The Declaration mentions "The Creator" and written by Thomas Jefferson, a Deist, which rejects Christianity and the resurrection of Christ. Period. Our founding fathers were religious--some of them. Not all of them were Christian. Not all of them were religious.
The Declaration of Independence served its purpose to announce our nation's creation. The Constitution serves as our basis for how our government and nation operates.
The ONLY nugget you have to cling to in order to make your "we're a Christian nation" BS argument is that line that says "The Creator". That's it. You have nothing else.
Your argument is completely destroyed by this:

Belittling and making fun of where I earned my degree, see I joined the U.S. Army on October 17,2001 6 days after my 21st birthday and 1 month and 6 days after the worst day during my lifetime in my country’s history. I served 2 1 year tours in combat in Iraq before becoming a police officer and getting my degree while working as a narcotics investigator. So my degree from Liberty was earned and I’m very proud of it!

AND so that religion and government weren't intertwined, which they stated very, very clearly. YES, some of the men who founded it were religious. NO, all of them weren't religious. I'll leave you with a challenge, and that's to find one official U.S. document that shows our government defining us as a Christian nation as determined by our founding fathers. The Declaration doesn't do that, so don't list that one.
