Good luck to him. Can't fault the kid we were in a tough spot with numbers I'm sure that had a huge impact.

Can't fault the kid either. We were on him, backed off, and then were back on him. VT was there consistently throughout the process once they offered.
At least if he was going to go to a team in the Coastal division, he didn't choose the Heels.

Yea that is true, I feel like if we didn't back off earlier in the cycle, I think he def would have been a clemson tiger. Wish him luck unil we play him and gets ran over or pancaked haha. Go Tigers!!

While I do agree that our backing off probably steered him, we backed away because we felt we had a better option. I think we did, too. We will be just fine, and I imagine he will do well, too, but he won't be on a team that beats Clemson in the FB field would be my bet. We loaded the boat today with what we already have in house. This thing at Clemson is going to be scary good for a while! IMO It will be very fun to watch.

Can’t blame him. We slow played him because of numbers so he went to VT. Good luck beating Miami for the coastal because Richt is racking up in recruiting.

You're right, and I do not have bad wishes for him. I do believe he chose poorly, but we will be fine, and I imagine he will be okay, too.

this kid is overrated and we didn't want him anyway. He probably wouldn't have even gotten in to Clemson.

he comes from a program that teaches fundamentals that he would have to unlearn at Clemson. We never really wanted him.
