The simple fact is that anyone watching knows that we could've scored at will in the second half. The fourth quarter was all about getting backups in (and many of them were 3rd string).
And no, we didn't run a full offense. Not that it matters.
We won, and if he takes some sort of solace in thinking they had ANY upper hand in ANY category Saturday night then, well, good for him.
He's wrong, of course, but whatever helps him sleep at night.

Well...well. We played 82 players and they played 45. They ran up the middle because they wanted to get the heck outa there. We just ran our offense. Not our job to stop ourselves.

We ran a modified, slowed down, eat the clock, don't rub it in, put the backups in, clear the bench, offense.

What Dabo meant was that he went and got some boy scouts who had been selling programs a few hours earlier, put uniforms on them, and told them to run over your "third stringers."
And they gladly complied.
Next year he's going to put in some MORE scouts. This time probably some GIRL scouts. Hope y'all will be ready for them.
