With this new alliance, who would you like to see us play?

Out of the B1G and Pac12, who would you like to see added to the schedule, if/when they get to that? I'd love to see us drop one of the Pay-to-Play teams that is basically a million dollar scrimmage and get some great home-and-away series scheduled with some generally reputable teams we never get to play, even in a bowl or playoff game.
Given that we've played a fair number of B1G teams in bowl games and playoff games, I'd love to see some Pac12 games scheduled. The real USC, Oregon or Washington would be generally good matchups (though it's impossible to say how good any team will be in 5+ years like has to be scheduled now).

Oregon, Washington, the real USC from the Pac12. None of the other teams have a pulse.

Won't lie, I really wanted us to play a Chris Petersen led Udub.
I considered him Dabo's only real "generational peer" as far as building a program (granted he was only BSU offensive coordinator for their initial rise, but he was the reason behind it).
Beyond that, Minnesota.

...about NCAA voting power. If we don't form this alliance, the SEC could form an alliance with the other groups, literally giving them to power to out-vote us on all issues that require a majority vote from NCAA member schools. This alliance is an effort to screw the SEC by rendering their vote powerless and meaningless. that makes me me smile...........

Alliance or not, more inter-conference matchups would (or should) create more interest in the sport, so why not restructure regular season scheduling as an alternative to expanding the play-off.

I suppose we will learn more about the alliance later today but I tend to agree the alliance is more about rules and regulations than scheduling games with teams in the other conferences. You can bet your sweet patooties the main focus will be to counter the SEC's attempt to control the football playoffs and all other sports related activities.
