Why haven't we clinched the ACC Atlantic?

NCSU lost to ND and Clemson so they have 2 ACC losses. We only have one and hold the tie breaker, so even if we lose to FSU we would still win the Atlantic.

Think it has something to do with the refs costing NC State the Notre Dame game based on 2 offsides penalties. ACC giving the another chance at our expense.

Not so. They only have one loss. Notre Dame is not a member of the ACC in football. They only play a rotation of 5 games against ACC football opponents each year (cuz they think they are all that and a bag of chips in football). So NC State's loss at South Bend was just that, a loss. It did not count in the ACC standings.

ND is in the ACC in all sports except football. They do not play in a division nor do they play enough opponents (five) to be a full member, thus NCST has only one conference loss.
Clemson is holding the tie breaker, but must win Saturday’s game to get the division crown.

Here we go again with the Notre Dame debacle. They aren't in the ACC in football so the loss to them doesn't count as a Conference loss. But I've got a question. Does anyone think Notre Dame will change their thinking if they finish with one loss to Georgia and are left out of the Playoffs? Just curious as to what you "gurus" think. Go Tigers!

Simple:
Their conference loss to Georgia was early in the season and before they found their stride and therefore doesn’t count. Therefore they remain undefeated in the ACC Northwest division. Got it?

I see now, they are #1 in the ACC North West and also in last place in that same division.
