No one at Clemson gives a darn what Bama does after winning the conference. No big deal for them? Well whoop-di-freakin'-do. It is to us. This is college sports and I am pretty sure we won't be apologizing for enjoying it. Saban can be "all business", but if you were a recruit or a recruit's family, which would you rather do? I'd much rather come home to 20,000 fans who couldn't care less if they only get one slice of pizza cheering me on. It's much better then winning the SEC and having your coach tell you you'd better not smile.
"Act Like You've Been There" is the most overplayed comment in college sports. We haven't been there. And even if we had been there, a Championship is something you celebrate. If they aren't mentally tough enough to celebrate a conference championship and then refocus for the playoffs, then it sucks to be them.

Yeah the fact that Finebaun noticed how Bama wasn't celebrating the playoff berth and SEC makes him a real idiot? What he is setting up is how stupid that pizza party will look when Clemson loses to OU and Bama is prepared this time. Saban will celebrate when he hoists another crystal ball and PF knows it. That's why you guys hate Bama so much. They're competing for yet another NC. I guess I would despise that too. The sad part is there are more Bama fans pulling for Dabo than you think, including myself. All I, and PF are saying is that a big party and celebration when there is work to be done goes against everything that Saban is about. That's one of those things that makes Saban who he is.

No, I work for a media company affiliated with USA Today and her rants show up on an almost weekly basis as a "you have to hear this" kind of thing. It's a circus, I can't imagine how bad the rest of the show is if that's the "highlight"

I caught it one time during the "Will LSU fire Miles" saga and they had Hester? The white fullback from LSU defending Miles..when Finebaum has competent people it might not be that bad. But hearing people like Phyllis or Tammy? That crazy auburn woman...that would make it hard to enjoy for me.
But sports talk in Charlotte isn't much better..Thankfully I have SXM..Zarzour and McElroy are great.
