Where does Trump support end for many of you?

What would it take? Does he have to state something as outrageous as I hate n*gg*ers and love David Duke to get you to drop support(know he would never say this)? Would that even do it?
I thought he was dead in the water when he referenced McCain by stating “My heroes are the ones who didn’t get captured”, which was a slap in the face to all POWs. But, no, this didn’t do it.
Same as when he said Cruz’s father was involved in the JFK assassination and then called his wife ugly.
The same when he called the Judge from Indiana a Mexican.
The same when he made fun of the handicapped reporter.
The same when he attacked the family of the U.S. soldier.
The same with 24 women who claim he raped them.
The same with continuous attacks on McCain after his death?
Then this weekend he suggested 4 U.S. Congresswomen go back to THEIR countries in a racist tirade.
There are hundreds of similar statements.
Trump supporters - Don’t you have any shame? What would it take to end your support of this terrible human being?
As an aside, do you think our great current economy can’t be achieved under a Joe Biden or Jeb Bush or Paul Ryan or VP Pence?

change the minds of 40 million hardline Trump voters. But there HAS to be a line somewhere for the 10-20 million straight economy voters. I keep telling myself that, but the number of people saying "OK, that does it for me, finally", is astonishingly low.

Depends....those who live in the present are happier than pigs in shid. Those with an eye to the future know that this ride ends sooner or later with a new deficit tally that makes us feel like teenagers who maxed out their first credit card going to spring break.
Give them (heck, me) an alternative that doesn't feel like a Bear market waiting to happen and I'm all for it.
Even more, give me one that talks about budget balancing via decreased spending and actually isn't scared to say things about belt tightening and possible austerity and they've got my vote.
They've got a snowball's chance in hellll of getting elected, but they have my vote.

Dems are running on balancing the budget.

They want a balance between what America spends on citizens and what it spends on illegals. Maybe that's where they are going wrong. Meanwhile, fiscal conservatism is ignored by everyone.
Moving toward the left is the only solution. Eventually, America with nationalize all business, become communist and things will be so much better for everyone, right?

with it? Why in the world do you think communism is an inevitability in the US? That makes no sense and isn't founded on anything rational. Because Bernie is talking about "free" education beyond 12th grade? Universal/government healthcare? Are the countries that have those things communist?

our ability to be completely free as individuals will absolutely wane. We've sold our freedom as a country to other countries via debt and regardless of which party is in power now, we continue doubling down on it.
Eventually the economy will take a massive hit, putting more on govt assistance, and we will absolutely reach a point where austerity measures that make Greece look mild will become mandatory, putting even more at the dependence on various govt agencies.
We may not become communist, per se, but we will absolutely reach a level of government dependence that it won't feel much different.

My exaggeration is founded in fact. I do not believe we will end up like the USSR but it's become eerily similar. It looks like Bernie studied it intensely.

My email is all about my project car and one son. I occasionally get an email from the childrens' mother. Would you like a look at my email?
I trust you and I'll give you the name, password and full access if you will commit as a Clemson fan and your faithfulness to Clemson and our Clemson family that you will return here and report my honesty and withdraw the insult.
A quick looks through the folders might give you a clue. In fact, if you promise to do no damage in any form to me personally I won't change the password and you can monitor my email until you are satisfied that I do not get much junk email and most of it is from suppliers I have used to purchase exotic finishes, fishing equipment and such personal items which no reasonable person would be ashamed to reveal.
I do not pron or other such trash either.
If not can you address the left's movement to adopt those passages from the USSR constitution? FYI, I think Alan Dershowitz brought this to my attention.

Because CTiger1988 and myself are smart enough to realize that nothing is “free” and we know who proportionally will be suffering from all this “free” stuff you speak of.
Also, the countries you speak of that have free education and healthcare have way higher taxes and have smaller and inferior militaries.

I do not consider myself a Trump supporter. I've said it on here many times. I think he is a buffoon. I don't think he deserves some of the criticisms he gets, but overall he's a moron. Having said that, did I vote for him? Yes. Will I vote for him again? Probably. Until the dems move away form their far left positions and get somewhere closer to the middle, I have no choice. Well, I could vote for a third party candidate, I suppose. That's pretty much the same as not voting, but I may have to consider it this time.

1. Yes, I would turn. 2. No one likes McCain, so it worked. Neocon, war hawks are dead in politics or should be 3. She is 4. Meh. 5. That suckked. 6. Dont remember that one 7. Clinton set that standard, so I am not going there until credible evidence 8. Dead people shouldnt get a pass for bad legislation and bad leadership. 9. Not a racist tirade. He is speaking truth. All they do is trash the US. Go somewhere else. 10. What? Being vague is a liberals full time job 11. Dont like his Twitter account at all. I think social media is below the office when in office or out of office. Social Media sucks. 12. I think it would continue, but once regulations where slapped back onto entrepreneurs, it would slowly die or flatten. He has been very good to the small business owners of this Country.
13. Joe, you are smarter and better than this post. I would expect this from Balm.

Thank you for making me think, sir.
If Trump raised taxes, increased regulations, open the border by expanding the definition of asylum to include everyone who claims to be afraid, ending the medicare program and extending it to include every American and asylum seeker who has learned to lie, shut down ICE and cut funding to border patrol, returned to the days of NAFTA and the pacific trade agreement including letting China run economically rampant in America, told members of NATO to not worry about paying their fair share for their defense...
You're not going to require me to post an exhaustive list of Trump's accomplishment then call me Hannity are you?
Trump is an askhole but he's been good for America. The left has cried wolf so long no one is paying attention anymore. When everything is racist then nothing is racist. Stick and stone...Trump backed and drove justice reform. Minorities are enjoying the highest rate of employment in our history and America in general is enjoying a 50 year low unemployment.
I learned to watch what a man does and pay no attention to what he says when judging who he is and what he stands for.

I'm just saying if you speak kindly to a child and ignore what's best for him in your decisions to direct his life you aren't doing him right. Treat him nice and send him to hell by withholding the truth.
A better example might be providing for the child, speaking to him in a godly manner and committing adultery with the neighbor's wife. Six of one, half a dozen of the other we are not Trump's sons.

Your examples are all real world. That doesn't matter. Republicans mostly live in an alternate reality. They've allowed Breitbart and Fox to convince them that what they see isn't real and more importantly, what they can't see is actually happening.
I don't think there's any coming back from that.

I'm not a Trump supporter - but I did vote for him...

Trump was my bottom pick of the "Republican" candidates. But he won the primary. I didn't like how the DNC hijacked the Democratic primary and, for me, the Supreme Court nomination was crucial. I hated Hillary's scripted and over-rehearsed responses in the debates - so I held my nose and voted for Trump.
I agree with some of his foreign and domestic policies - but Trump is a moron. 3 months ago, I would have said there is no way I'm voting for him again. But if the Dems end up with a far-left leaning candidate after the primaries - I'll be voting against that person in 2020...

I didn’t vote at all I was so disgusted with both candidates. Trump is a moron, but has continued the economic momentum and hasn’t screwed anything up too badly (he’s done a lot of things wrong and has made politics worse, but nothing super big). I would vote for pretty much anyone over him (heck I’d vote for Hilary if I could do it over again), but if one of those extreme left candidates gets the nomination I will have a tough decision to make. Vote for someone whose political views I disagree with, or vote for an awful person to continue to be president, hoping he will continue to be inept and ineffective enough where everything pretty much stays the same.

do not like when he says and does those things.
I think the main problem is that many people take it personally. Like, if the President says a bad thing, then that means I'm bad, too. Then comes the rationalization to make the thing seem less bad.
It's OK to say that the President said or did a really terrible thing, that I disagree with it, but still support him because of other reasons. *You don't need to try to justify or rationalize the bad thing he said.* It can be bad, and that doesn't mean that you are bad if you support him.

Trump is taking the most popular political and economic position and the only thing to complain about is the national debt and Trump's rudeness.
Since the dems are all about spending they won't broach the subject of national debt. That pretty much leave them whining about racism and other 'ism,' and 'ist.'

Trump with all his character flaws is far, FAR better than anybody the dems can offer. Like a zillion times better. I'd love a squeaky clean D.C. outsider who fought just as hard as Trump against the absolute insanity that is the Democrat party, and believed in American sovereignty and American exceptionalism to the same degree Trump does, but I don't see anybody like that.

It's always been the lesser of two evils, Joseph.

During Trump's primary campaign speeches I decided he may be the biggest liar in the race. Since over my 40 years of voting I've always found my vote was cast to a liar it seemed there was no longer a reason to vote. It was all a tell em lies and feed em candy to me. When Trump started doing the things he promised I came to understand he was serious about keeping his word. It's quite uncommon to have a president so dedicated to proving he was a man of his word.
Given the choices we seem to be facing I believe Trump will walk through the election. The MSM and dems will continue to call him a racist and NAZI but most voters are numb to those charges since black unemployment is at historical lows along with Latino unemployment and women at a 50 year low along with general unemployment numbers. He backed justice reform which was very popular in minorities too.
The horrible fact is that he's like any good craftsman when you watch them work. You think, I should have thought of that. I think that's what's tearing the dem leaders in half. He's done things they said were impossible or would take a magic wand to do.

The damage done to our country by any of the Dems would be much more impactful than all of Trump's sins put together - without question.

Would you vote for Biden over Trump if Trump made a Lester Maddox type statement?

I was only asking if you could drop support for Trump not if you would support any of the Dems.

(not drop support) to make sure Hillary/Bernie/Warren/Kamala don't get elected. If he rapes or murders somebody, I would drop support, but I won't drop support because he's a big ole meanie.

Agreed, I couldn’t imagine what kind of shape we’d be in today if Hillary was at the helm or financial crisis we would be in with Bernie.

The day Trump says that illegals and non taxpayers deserve the same rights, liberties and freedoms that American citizens have, is the day I’ll stop supporting him.

He wouldn’t be my first choice, but I don’t see anyone else that grabs my attention. Trump may be the worse guy that ever walked the earth, but I honestly believe that he whole heartedly loves America, the veterans, and genuinely is attempting to preserve the rights and liberties of the Americans who have payed into the system.

MY SUPPORT WILL END AFTER NIKKI HALEY IS ELECTED PRESIDENT IN 2024 AND I CONGRATULATE TRUMP ON A GREAT 8 YEARS.

Don't rush it. He gets to promise a balanced budget and run on cutting spending and paying off some of the debt.
