Yeesh. Not what I wanted hear but it was what I was dreading.
When you hear "espionage act", it means the CIA/NSA are likely involved as well.
Please God I hope he wasn't trying to sell that stuff. America will eat itself.
My fear is that he couldn't resist the honey pot. I mean, that stuff is worth so much...and financially he's been teetering on the edge of disaster forever, staving off bankruptcies and creditors, and he's on the hook for over a billion in personally guaranteed loans.
I really hope to God he didn't do that.
This...definitely could be an explanation for why the Feds have seemed a little disinterested and behind the 8-ball on the J6 stuff.

The emails you are referring to came from a general, mailed from an unclassified account to Clinton's private account. He was always the one at risk of prosecution for that particular part of it. It had nothing to do with sending it TO a private account, but everything to do with sending it FROM and unclassified account. It's just very rare to prosecute mishandling unless there are bad intentions like there appear to be with Trump.
