No need for Belarus and Finland would start WWII. Estonia, Latvia, Lituania. You support Russia, so maybe it will work out for you and they invade.

Better question

Why do you believe that a country that just invaded the sovereign land of another nation would be unwilling to do so again?
Especially as their primary historic rival superpower looked the other way while they did so (and berated the invaded country's leadership for asking for help in wanting to maintain their sovereign land).

1) The Rest of Ukraine.
2) Moldova
3) Poland (maybe Romania)
Putin talks alot about Poland. He has stated for many years that he wants to get back the old USSR empire lines.
If we have a cease-fire without a security guarantee for Ukraine, we're just pushing back the inevitable with Putin. He will not stop with 20% of Ukraine.

But if NATO disintegrates (which Trump will likely pull us out of NATO), then all of the nations that have a border with Belarus and Ukraine had better arm up, including Poland.
Poland, BTW, has done a lot of good beefing up their military. So, that will be a deterrent to Putin, I hope.

I think Trump withdraws from NATO when he realizes he no longer has any real influence. NATO won't disintegrate, but it might get a new name and treaty when Japan and Australia officially join the alliance. The only thing that might keep the US in NATO is if the other countries threaten to call in all the US debt they hold. That would be a great depression-level shock.

Trump believes only HE can contain and influence Putin. He’s said if he were president Putin never would have invaded Ukraine when he was in office. I truly believe he doesn’t care about a security guarantee for Ukraine just the ceasefire BECAUSE then he can come back later and say HE is the one who got a temporary or permanent end to the war. Then with no guarantee in place Russia may try to invade again after Trump is out of office and he can/will come back and say “see there I told you only I could stop Putin.” No security guarantee is exactly what daddy dumpy pants wants. For selfish/ego reasons of course.

Well Einstein, it's not a lie. I think you need to look up what the word lie means. It's the threat of them doing so and it's more likely than not when it comes to Baltic States. I think you should sit this one out.

Baltics first. He needs Latvia and Lithuania to make Kalingrad contiguous with the empire again.
Russian military would have no chance against Finland without using nukes. They've tried before.

Yes, we were lucky to get them. Maybe Biden was really asleep at the wheel, but that was a huge accomplishment by somebody to get Sweden and Finland into NATO. In a typical year, the biggest accomplishment Donald Trump achieves is cleaning his bottom well enough that Keith Schiller doesn't have to rewipe him.
