Anyone else think the Clemson Military gear is a little weird?

I get it if you might have served, you can wear it with no issue, but it would feel weird as helll to wear an army-style jacket in military green color with a Tiger Paw and a Nike check. I know they do this with alot of teams, but this stuff feels wrong, IMO.

These are the facts.
* I ran a boarding house that rented daily, weekly, or month to month.
* I ejected (2) occupants from the boarding house for non-payment. (S.C. Code 45-2-60)
* One of the occupants assaulted me from behind like a coward with a pipe wrench. I was rendered unconscious.
* Said occupant contacted law enforcement because I was visibly upset once I regained consciousness.
* Upon arrival, I refused to enter joinder with law enforcement. (MY RIGHT UNDER 5th Amendment)
* I lost consciousness again on my couch and did not respond to police efforts to make contact with me.
* Said police officer unlawfully secured a witness in his patrol car against her will and took her to the police station.
* Multiple officers unlawfully interrogated said witness and forced her to submit a second statement against me. This statement was completely fabricated as said witness was told by police what to provide in her statement as conditions for her release. (Subornation to perjury) Said witness testified to these set of facts upon the record of the Spartanburg County Circuit Court on December 18th, 2020, in the presence of Judge (REDACTED).
* Over the course of 994 days whereby I was unlawfully and unjustly incarcerated, there were many infractions committed against my constitutional rights. Said bad actors include members from the Clerk of Court's office, Judges, State Attorneys, and State Investigators.
* During those 994 days, I hired private investigators and collected 4TB of evidence against 28 individuals who work either as judges, court administrators, state attorneys, and law enforcement.
* On January 6th, 2022, I was declared "NOT GUILTY" by a jury of my peers on all counts levied against me.
* On April 18, 2022, I retained a law firm and filed a Civil Action against the parties responsible for injuries to my constitutional rights pursuant to Title 42 U.S.C(§)1983. Injuries include the following:
Violations of Constitutional Rights • S.C. Const. Art. I, § 3, U.S. Const. Amend. 5 were violated in that The Defendant was deprived of liberty for (713) Days without proper Due Process as it pertains to the Grand Jury Indictment. • S.C. Const. Art. I, § 9 has been violated in that The Defendant raised issues as it pertains to judicial misconduct, criminal actions of an alleged witness, and deprivation of Rights to Due Process. In return, The Defendant was met with delays, obstruction of justice, non sequiturs, and in verso ordine and/or erroneous orders or judgments. Every right when withheld must have a speedy and proper remedy, and every injury a proper redress. • S.C. Const. Art. I, § 10, U.S. Const. Amend. 4 were violated considering the fact that Officers of the Greer Police Department conducted an Unwarranted Search and Seizure of The Defendant’s Property.
“Where the Government seizes property not to preserve evidence of criminal wrongdoing, but to assert control over the property, its action must also comply with the Due Process Clause.” See, e.g.,
a) Calero-Toledo v. Pearson Yacht Leasing Co., 416 U.S. 663
b) Fuentes v. Shevin, 407 U.S. 67. Pp. 48-52.
c) United States v. James Daniel Good Real Property, 510 U.S. 43 (1993).
• S.C. Const. Art. I, § 11 has been violated in that Case No.2019A2320500571 was improperly adjudicated in the Circuit Court without Subject-Matter Jurisdiction for (713) days prior to the Presentment of the Indictment which sufficiently stated the offense.
• S.C. Const. Art. I, § 13 has been violated in that Greer City Police seized private property of The Defendant without lawful justification. What is more, the Greer City Police Department failed to provide a proper Warrant, Chain of Custody Statement, and a Custodial Hand-Receipt for items seized. Ironically, Sergeant (REDACTED) communicated directly to The Defendant on April 07th, 2021 that The Defendant’s ammunition and/or firearms was at his personal residence. The Defendant did not grant permission or authorization for any of his personal belongings to be taken to the private residence of any Law Enforcement Officer.
• S.C. Const. Art. I, § 14, U.S. Const. Amend. 6 were violated with regards to a lack of witnesses sufficient for pleadings. The State has failed to produce any of The Defendant’s accusers for the purposes of direct confrontation. see also S.C. Code Ann. §17-23-60
• S.C. Const. Art. I, § 16 , South Carolina Code §16-7-150 has been violated in that Officer (REDACTED) of the Greer City Police Department did so commit the offense of Defamation of Character against The Defendant by uttering oral statements to a 3rd Party which were untruthful and submitting a Supplemental Report within the Magistrate’s Court which also included untruthful statements causing injury to The Defendant in his character and / or reputation. Further, members of the Office of The Attorney General for the State of South Carolina did so in fact commit the act of false communication(s) to 3rd Party(s) which have caused injury to The Defendant’s character and / or reputation. Such malicious acts have been reported to the South Carolina Office of Disciplinary Counsel pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation.
"The maxim, 'Ubi jus, ibi remedium,' lies at the very foundation of all systems of law." Citing Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. (1 Cranch) 137, 163 (1803).
Prosecutorial Misconduct and Fraud
• RULE 4.1: TRUTHFULNESS IN STATEMENTS TO OTHERS In the course of representing a client a lawyer shall not knowingly: (a) make a false statement of material fact or law to a third person; or (b) fail to disclose a material fact when disclosure is necessary to avoid assisting a criminal or fraudulent act by a client unless disclosure is prohibited by Rule 1.6.
Notwithstanding the fact that The Attorney General’s Office represents The State of South Carolina, State Attorneys are still required to be truthful in communications to third parties. Members of the Attorney General’s Office did so contact (REDACTED) family members outside of South Carolina State jurisdiction with the purposes of prosecutorial enrichment, rendering false communications which are considered to be unlawful and violate the Rules of Professional Conduct expected of a State Attorney. This act alone vitiates the criminal case against the Defendant.
• RULE 8.4: MISCONDUCT It is professional misconduct for a lawyer to: (a) violate or attempt to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assist or induce another to do so, or do so through the acts of another; (b) commit a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer in other respects; (c) commit a criminal act involving moral turpitude; (d) engage in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation; (e) engage in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice; (f) state or imply an ability to influence improperly a government agency or official or to achieve results by means that violate the Rules of Professional Conduct or other law; or (g) knowingly assist a judge or judicial officer in conduct that is a violation of applicable rules of judicial conduct or other law.
• Pursuant to South Carolina Code § 16-7-150; “Any person who shall with malicious intent originate, utter, circulate or publish any false statement or matter concerning another the effect of which shall tend to injure such person in his character or reputation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction therefore, be subject to punishment by fine not to exceed five thousand dollars or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or by both fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of The Court; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed to abridge any right any person may have by way of an action for damages for libel or slander under the existing law.” HISTORY: 1962 Code Section 16- 161; 1952 Code Section 16-161; 1942 Code Section 1395; 1932 Code Section 1395; Cr. C. '22 Section 326; 1912 (27) 775 a)
a) “Ex dolo malo non oritur actio. No Court will lend its aid to a man who founds his cause of action upon an immoral or illegal act.” Citing Marshall v. Lovell 19 F.2d 751 (8th Cir. 1927)
b) “If from the plaintiff's own stating or otherwise, the cause of action appears to arise ex turpi causa, or the transgression of a positive law of this country, there The Court says he has no right to be assisted.” Citing Rountree v. Ingle, 94 S.C. 231, 77 S.E. 931, 45 L.R.A.(N.S.) 776, Ann. Cas. 1915A, 1002
That being said, the 4TB of evidence of misconduct and flat our criminal behavior will be released in due time. It will be a very troubling time for the State of South Carolina whenever I release the information. I can hardly wait for the ethics committee to complete and release information regarding the probes into Sheriff Chuck Wright. It is my belief that $56,000 in misuse of public funds should be a felony. Further, it is also my belief that the ethics committee should launch a probe into the Spartanburg County Detention Center considering the number of inmates awaiting trial have died since Sheriff Wright first took office. I know for a fact that medical negligence is in play here because of the way I was treated with severe head injuries there.
I can hardly wait to watch the corrupt temple topple over.

You are correct. I lost my $350K house, my 2019 Jeep, my 2017 F-150, my 2015 HD Softail Motorcycle, my 2017 StreetBob HD motorcycle. It was horrible. All of those assets were paid off, but I sold them to fight frivolous criminal charges.

Not a hero, but I will answer this question because I served beside many. I like the gear, but even I would only wear it on Military Appreciation Day. Which is usually later on in the season and a bit cooler outside.

Speaking of coffee, I used to dip the Folgers instant coffee in the MRE toiletry packet if I was out of dip.

You just never know if they served or not. For example, I spotted a guy that was legit. He had every metal (misspelled intentionally), and he even had every Boy Scout badge on his uniform. He was 5'7' and weighed about 340lbs. He was definitely guilty of "Swollen Valor". No worries though, his friend vouched for him. Said he was a GRAVY SEAL on MEAL TEAM 6 and they both fought in the Battle of Golden Corral during the Diabetic Wars.

It's done by a former employee of the scam agencies that sold those "donations". He was a teen documenting it in the late 90s because he thought it was funny (they hired ANYBODY to work for them) and then as he grew older, realized he had been a part of something really bad that stole money so he turned it into a full documentary investigation.
