I think Dabo would listen if he contacted the team out of respect for the family. If both Shipley and Mafah announce they are moving on Trevor would be someone they should pursue. You would think Clemson would know if he’s headed to the portal in advance via the “back channels”.

You can’t blame him for not wanting to live in the shadow of his brother initially. If he no longer is concerned about that and wants to consider us, we should at least extend that courtesy and see if it makes sense.

Personally I seriously doubt he would come to Clemson for the same reasons he didn't pick us out of high school, he doesn't want to play in Travis' shadow and the comparisons would be non-stop. He'll go somewhere he can make a name for himself.

One good thing is that he already has a NIL deal with Chipotle and if Shipley leaves, well there you go. Coming in with only one or 2 year left, should take the pressure of his brother comparison off. It won't for many, but it should.
