I think we still do. When he dislocated his hip and played the next week against FSU it cemented his claim. And that was when FSU was FSU. They used to pound qb's all game long

when Brandon played had to have scrong stomachs, because he got plastered on the field on numerous occasions.
Our offensive line was pretty offensive back then, in a manner of speaking.

Ryan Carter pound for pound was the toughest defensive player we have ever had at 5’9” 175 lbs kicked butt at Safety.
He just did everything he wasn’t supposed to do.

Kevin Mack. Recruited as a tailback by Coach Ford but played as fullback at 200 pounds in the triple-option days. He would have been the starting tailback on most ACC teams but accepted his role as fullback - and excelled. He would put you on your back side!
Yeah, I know. He turned to steroids while at the Cleveland Browns and was kicked out of the pros, but he was one tough Tiger. One of my favorites!

His Shoulders were so badly damaged that he couldn’t hardly lift weights his last couple of years. His Senior year, he probably weighed 170-175. He would stick his nose in there and hit.

Hunter Renfrow! Hands down! Underestimated from day 1 and was still underestimated by even the greatest of opponents. He Came in off the streets not even being mentioned on anybody’s depth chart and he single handily turned into probably the greatest receiver that I’ve seen in both college and professional ball. He sacrificed his well being and threw caution to the wind for every single ball thrown his way and the only way he wasn’t coming down with it would be if he wasn’t on the field! Pure selflessness! The man needs a statue!

BTW anyone remember Rendrick Taylor (AKA ) “The Hulk” ???
