I'm usually optimistic but Grisham needs to go. Terrible coach and maybe its a coincidence but we lost the WRU status on his watch also. I've watched him at practice and he's more of a cheerleader than a coach imo. We need an experienced proven WR coach and probably a new RB coach also. We can move Spiller to Special Teams coordinator or Recruiting Coordinator. Go Tigers!!!

Another very impressive offer list! Coach Ford had a saying that if you have an elite OL it'll make an average RB elite. Give him an average OL and it'll make an elite RB average. Something along those lines. Anyway, gotta win the trenches! Matt Luke is the man!

Great job Coach Luke. It's amazing what can happen when you hire a position coach with a solid resume and not based on the " Friends and Family Plan ". Once this is recognized when it comes to building depth on the roster it may enhance the chances of getting back to playing for CFB championships.
