This team and program has regressed. Showed promise early on in Butler’s tenure but is sliding down while other ACC programs are getting better.

Butler was a bad hire by DRad. You could see from what she did at Florida that she wasn't very good.

Only had an overall .580 winning percentage and losing record in the SEC. She wasn't bad but she wasn't great either. I still say she was a bad hire.

Very misleading post on Twitter. "Hard fought battle. Louisville up 47-32 at the half and extended it to 25 point lead after 3. Then Louisville emptied the bench in q4 and we won that quarter. We didn't give up. That's one thing I can say about our girls, they don't give up.
We've actually recruited fairly well. Much better than our record indicates. Ott is in her 3rd year. She was supposed to our leading rebound and 3pt shooter.
We turn it over a lot but we have no height
And get crushed on the offense rebounds. Even on foul shots. Idk. I'd give her one more year with the top 10 national recruit coming in. But it would have to be ncaa deep run or that's it...

the "we never quite" thing

always annoys me, in any sport. Because usually once you dig a huge hole, all the pressure is off and the team with the big lead naturally lets their foot off of the gas a bit.
So I think coaches are always a bit too too positive when they try to say its a great sign that they were able to cut the gap some.
