1. Clemson has had a lot of night games this year.
I’m guessing ABC doesn’t want the same team in their 7:30 game for a 4th straight week, and I don’t blame them. Pretty sure the 3 straight weeks that we’re in the middle of is unprecedented.
2. It is not uncommon to have a big matchup on at noon. Look at Penn State-Michigan this week.
3. Despite what many people think, night games in Death Valley are not a tradition at all.
And the coaches seem to prefer a noon game so they don’t have to sit around all day waiting.
So spot the ball at 12:00pm!!!

a concerted effort this year to put a marquee game on at Noon to rival the Fox Big Noon Game. Similar to the Wake game....its at least the 4th straight ABC noon game with ranked matchups.

1. Get up at sunrise and hop in the car with the full canister of coffee
2. Have mimosas and ham biscuits before the game
3. Hit the road by 4 o’clock, home in time for a nice dinner and the evening games.
4. Bedtime at a decent hour, up for Sunday sunrise.
For some of us the days of drinking all day for a 730 or 8 o’clock game, and then getting home at 2 am are over. ?

1. Doesn't always have to be on ABC. There are night prime time spots on ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ACCN.

I know that when I was able to make the trips to be a fan in the stands, I loved the night games best. Now that I can't be one of the fans in stands, I love the early games best, but I'm always happy for the fans that can be there, can have the night games bc, night game are more exciting, they were for me anyway....

Do you really believe that crap? Clemson's last two home games against Louisiana tech and NC State we're both 7:30 p.m. kickoffs. There's multiple other teams in conferences being scheduled every single saturday, it's not a conspiracy against Clemson, it's an attempt by ESPN to put good games in every slot.

I dislike them because I go to the games and tailgating is a huge part of our football season. 3:30 games are great and probably a better option for us as we are getting older, but you just can't beat a full day of tailgating and an electric Death Valley at night.

I understand that they want to put other games in that slot and that is certainly understandable. However, there are also might be plenty of Syracuse grads at ESPN that might prefer a noon game.
