Hype is massive. Inertia is massive. Expectations are massive.

Perception of DJ is still catching up to what he has done this year. He is doing exactly what people thought he was last year. Last year was so bad and this year is so much better its a mindf***.

Control what you can control and keep getting better!

The rest will take care of itself.

The team around DJU has gotten better and "BANG" he has gotten better! Football is the ultimate team sport no matter how much sportscasters like to try and make it: "a pitching duel"! In X person's last start or Y person's last start, this happened.

It's different in baseball; because the pitcher has a lot to do with if the team losses. Not if they win! If the other team doesn't score; they can't win.
But, then even in baseball, you need to score at least one run. So, unless you are shutting down the opponent's bats plus slapping in RBI - it's not all about the pitcher either.

But, making it personal sells more advertising dollars. More people tune in and look to see what's going to happen.

Too many sports fans don't understand the "economy of sports" beyond the large contracts!

He's been rock solid this year. If WR's make a few more easy catches he's higher on this list.
