Watching College Football Live. Every national champion on the CFP era has had a 4 year average class rank of better than 10th.

Quality students, quality young men, quality players, quality future graduates!
Let the problems go elsewhere. NIL and the portal targets are full of problems…..
We didn’t even have a ‘Top 10’ recruiting class when we won in 1981.
Plenty of great players, many from SC, and a lot of future pros.
The experts totally missed unranked Clemson, until we beat everybody!
The 2018 team beat the ‘Best College Football Team of All-Time’ to win the championship?
The recruiting classes are just the start. Then character and effort kick in!

This information checks out and just to take it a step further, years 2013-2016 resulted in an average recruiting rank of 13 and years 2015-2018 resulted in an average recruiting rank of 11.
At no point during our national championship runs did we have a 4 year average inside the top 10

People have to keep calm. IN today's CFB; it's more about "who you keep"!
What separates a 4-star and a 5-star often is "what they are asked to do for their H.S. team"! Maybe the competition they play against. Or the reputation of the program they come from.
We have seen 5-star bust as easy as a 3-star. I like how we evaluate players; we often find players who were no given the star rating they probably deserved. In short, we will be fine with this recruiting class. I am excited about it personally.

Most of the recruiting classes under Dabo have been from top 10-15 with a few that was in single digits, but I don't think there was that many!!!

the difference between Georgia's class and Ours isn't that significant. Without looking I'm sure they have more commits which inflates the ranking.
Happens every year. In Swinney's mind we have the #1 class.

The NIL as structured now will not work. It’s not sustainable and people are going to slow down throwing money at guys who take it and run, like Juice Wells at USuC.
At some point there will be more constraining guardrails, say like a “salary cap” for instance. No problem taking the high road as all this settles down.
We are still bringing just as talented players as usual. We just need the QB the be much better and great. That’s the recipe. We have the system, but Cade was going thru his 2nd OC in two years and is on a more typical development curve.
With the players we have and the influx of players we have coming in, where some guys will ultimately stand out, as Cade improves we will see great dividends.
We wouldn’t have won any national championships without great QB play. That’s pretty much the case for every CFP national champion. Even Stetson Bennet played at an elite level. But remember, he was first demoted to 2nd behind JT Daniels. Stetson improved, played great, and led the team to the two nattys.
