I'm not really entertaining seeding for the tourny right now....let's just get there! Too unpredictable, aside from the predicable scoring droughts, right now to contemplate any post season play.

Pig, all due respect, way to root for mediocrity. This is the problem. Most boosters/fans just want to make the show. I want to win the show. We can’t do that with current coach. We can’t even make the tourney. Heck, BrownL has only seven post season appearances. Most were NIT! That’s horrible.
Before you say we could never at Clemson I say why not? If Gonzaga, St. John’s, Villanova, Kansas, and a slew of other small schools can build elite programs anyone can.

Making the tourney and winning a game or two is a massive improvement on typical Brownell seasons. Making round of 32/16 is not mediocre.

Funny how our vocal "fans" on this board get so offended at seeding projections in basketball, but sit on the edge of their seat for the playoff projections in football. I also see our fans are super excited that we debuted in the top 10 in the preseason baseball poll. What a joke.
Guess what? It's interesting to know where we stand right now we would much rather be projected a top 5 seed than not in the projections right now. We have the worst basketball fans. Embarrassing

Completely different scenario in football. Football, every game means something. Not so in baseball or basketball.
They'll be plenty of posts and excitement towards the end of February when a potential game may impact seeding.
I don't get excited about the football polls pre-season.

What’s embarrassing is fans like you cheering on mediocrity. Being a fan is short for being a fanatic. It appears you don’t understand what a fan is. A fan doesn’t go along to get along. A fan pushes the boundaries, strives for greatness. BrownL is is the definition of mediocrity. Seven post season trips, two NCAA tourneys were OPP’s players, and the other four were NIT bids. One trip to the dance with his own recruits in fourteen-years. If he was my Finacial manager, he’d have been fired after year three. The fact you don’t aspire for greatness in every sport tells me all I need to know. You grovel at the administrations feet regardless of the product they produce.
It’s time for a change of mindset. If your wife stopped doing the things that make you love her she’s be gone at some point. At the very least you’d complain about the insufficiencies. If your mechanic did the bare minimum to repair your vehicle you’d definitely find someone who excelled at repairing your vehicles. Coaching jobs are no different. Every coach won’t be there long unless they are building a great program. BrownL has long since out coached his usefulness at Clemson.

This crap gets so ridiculous…..we need to win ten more games in the regular season and a couple of ACC tournament games and we’ll be in. Other than tgat, just shut up with this nonsense!

If we’re lucky. We missed even the lowly NIT seven years under BrownL.
