Why do we continue to give everyone raises when we got beat by the coots again on our home field when we were the most talented team? What message does that send to our coaches..that it’s ok to lose that game?

Those raises seem modest to me and after a 10 win season which included a trip to the CFP and an ACC championship Id say they are well deserved.
