They let a bunch of football players wrestle and hit each other for 3+ hours but won't let bands members play on the field, where they are mostly already spread out.
That makes total sense now.
This is about as spot on as fauci's first pitch and many other idiotic ideas.

So without sufficient testing, the normal group sitting in groups of 100+ with no distancing, it seems to make all the sense in world to me.
Now if you want them to protocol testing, no travel due to logistics, and tell them to quit exhaling so hard since it is 95% transferred from exhales, then maybe you can have band. Nothing about a band makes sense in the CV world

Just shut it down. No bands, no fans, no chicken kicking, ridiculous NCAA and ACC rulings and probably kneeling at the anthem and all sorts of protests. Just shut it down and wait for ‘21.

Agree 100%. This really sux. The team can still play the game, but what is Clemson football without halftime, Tiger Rag, and our National Anthem played by Tiger Band. Let's just cancel the season and start fresh next year.

That just makes zero sense. The number of band members could be reduced, formations and seating physical distanced. Conferences should go should just announce no fans and get it over with.
