On several occasions this year. That tells me there’s no clubhouse leaders. No alpha dogs anywhere. Just a group of betas wanting someone else to get the glory and ride their coattails.

It does seem like this team could benefit from a few more vocal guys. But I think even more than that is that we just don't have enough high end arms and bats. We've got a bunch of pretty good guys and a few great ones. Just not enough. Hopefully somehow we can correct that soon.
