This Cuse game really is pretty big

We have way more talent than them, but they will attack our weakness which is discipline in the secondary. If our Safeties and Outside Linebackers are busting plays like they did vs TAMU, this will be a tough game. Unfortunately, they'll come in without fear because they beat us last year. We need to jump on them early so doubt creeps in that last year really was a fluke.

you made this same post last year. Literally the same post.
We don't expect to beat you, but this isn't the doormat Orange of the last 10 years.
Can't wait to get down there. Best college football atmosphere in America.

SU is 5-0, but seriously Cuse has not beaten anyone with a pulse. Please do NOT include hapless FSU, who looks like they forgot how to even play the game. CLEMSON will punish the Cuse in this one.

The Death Valley noise is nothing compared to the Dome, amirite? Hopefully it will be hot too.

Heat don't matter to them. It was 90 degrees in the dome when they played the Noles. I believe they turned the heat on.

I would like to see our d line stomp their QB into a mud hole. I think our team will be fired up and ready for some revenge.

Us scoring isn’t the problem. They’ll use our dline to bait them into mistakes. It’s what they do.

Our gameplan on the offensive side of the ball will look quite different than last year because of number 16.

Syracuse has the tools to go after us - they've got a mobile QB who can extend plays with his feet and scamper for extra yards, and they've got big WR's on the perimeter who can get off the press when our Very Large CB's lay hands on them and rough them up at the line, and make those contested 1-on-1 catches on the perimeter.
'Cuse gave us fits with that last year...and they are better this year. Keep in mind they are running that Art Briles Baylor offense, which is a nightmare when it gets rolling. They're going to move the ball some even on our D, and they're going to score some points.
I do think they drown because of our depth and our own emerging firepower, but they're probably as good as A&M or very close, and we're going to have to bring it to win.
Respect for 'Cuse. I think they're an 8-9-win team this year, and maybe better than NC State.

Comparison between aTm and Syracuse. Zero.
Dabo won't have to say one word about last year, nor what this game means. It's been seared into the players' minds for a year. I thought 'Cuse had a brilliant scheme last year, coupled with the 'morphine-like' effect of a Friday night game in a pup tent. That was then...which will be of no benefit to them next Saturday. Another 'current' losing streak will end...

Dabo set the tone last night at his presser when he reminded the team and media that we got embarrassed by them last year. We owe them a serious beat down!

It works both ways. Babers is reminding our players that we did it last year, we can do it again. There's no more fear. These two teams are way closer athletically than last year, albeit we're still not in your universe, but its closer.
We expect you to win by around 20, but its hilarious that I'm hearing the same "we're gonna pick our final score" from this site, just like last year. Its like no one learned any humility.
