Judge Merchan, who has the job of instructing the jury about how to conduct their deliberations, will instruct the jury as folllows:

Betting markets started at 95% odds of conviction; they are 50/50 now. I don't think there's any chance for acquittal, but the debacle of a case presented by prosecution could very well produce a hung jury.
I still think it'll be guilty though, bc these jurors know they'll be doxed and completely harassed (at least) in new york if they don't convict.

He gave them a week off, which is pretty unusual, for a reason. They'll all go home and have to hear about what a scumbag Trump is for a week and then come back and vote after they've forgotten the #### show they've just witnessed.

I don't have a warm and fuzzy feeling about this.
Trump's been acting massively bored in court, almost like the fix is in and he isn't bothering to hide it much. And that extra week gives somebody from the Trump camp - or more likely, somebody from any number of hostile or just unethical foreign powers that think Trump will either befriend them or do them favors - will get to one of the jurors if they haven't already.
Allowing them to break for a week before reaching a verdict and giving Fox News, social media, and of course, street agents to get involved is one of the dumbest things I can imagine.
If I was a betting man, I'd bet we wind up with a hung jury. Interests that bought themselves the Supreme Court are going to have zero problem buying a juror.

I'd see more that nothing happens, but it is announced that an unnamed juror has been compromised and a mistrial is declared.
That's upset the dem base and start the prearranged riots in the streets.
The judge saves face - the jurors don't have to make a decision - and the Trumpers put it behind them - Biden has mumbling points for the debates that domestic terrorist, not only are tampering with the elections, but now the judicial system.
