There are a couple of reasons threads go that direction.
Some people on here are childish.
Some people are frustrated about the portal.
Some people feel the need to calm down the Clemson faithful that are freaking out about the number of kids transferring out without other kids transferring in. They have rightly pointed out that almost everyone one of these kids is leaving because they saw the hand writing on the wall that they were never going to get the snaps at Clemson that they want or think they should be getting. So some posters need to point out the flaws in some of these players to assure others that this is no big loss.

The reality is depth is an issue at Clemson now more than ever but in most cases the value most of these kids were providing at Clemson was depth. We have to be realistic that most of these kids want to more than part of a great team that they provide depth for. When players had to sit out a year unless they were a grad transfer that decision was more difficult to make. A lot of things have come together over the last few years that make roster management tough: 4 game redshirt rule, extra Covid year. No penalty transfer, and NIL are all recent.

Dabo’s approach to recruiting will have to evolve for us to stay on top. People tend to forget that is doing things differently caused the rise of Clemson recruiting elite talent. My own opinion is that Dabo will either evolve or decide the New College Football is not for him. I see him walking away. If he walks away, the childish people on here will bring up losing to the 5 times in a row to the ##### and losing to Ohio State and LSU in the playoffs.

Specifically about Ajou, his impact through some of the social media posts was very valuable branding Clemson Football. Hopefully, he will be able to do that at his new spot and match that up with some good consistent play on the field.
