Could have done without the personal attacks, and just focus on the terrible football that was on display. But at least some people showed some emotion after that call.

Dabo had had enough after NC State and Miami losses. Tyler just slipped through the baseboards and into the light (cockroach style) long enough to take the brunt of Dabo's frustration. Go read the D. Hood write-ups he posted.

I think it was like the proverbial slap in the face to "snap out of it." No way to ever prove it, but if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck. This was a duck.
I guess it's accurate to say that he was a villain, but a positive came from it.

The idiot is being given credit for something he didn't do. All reports and information has said that Dabo was already on the war path Sunday after the NC St game and players, staff and anyone around report he brought the beat down on Monday's practice. Tyler from Spartanburg got the wrath of Dabo for being a A-hole.

This. And the ND game already had giant target it on it before the season even started. It was the last chance to salvage anything from the season and everyone knew it. They had to win and that is exackty what they did.

Got within the ballpark of a good point or two . . . but also made some gratuitous shots and was unnecessarily snarky and combative.
I do think he may have lit a fire under Dabo for self-vindication . . . but in the end, it wasn't really a model of constructive criticism emulate.

It was obvious to anyone close to the program that Dabo was in a funk and has been for 3 years. He blasted out of it thanks to Tyler. We'll see how it all pans out but ti sure changed Dabo and fired him up quickly.
