Whether you agree with it or not, the "suplex" has been being called a personal foul consistently for a couple of years now...especially when it's done in the way Boulware did it tonight. I don't agree that it should be a penalty, but it's been made clear that this will be called. When I saw him do it, the first thing I thought was "oh no, you idiot", instead of getting hyped up for a big hit.
It stinks, but this is how it's been called.

... the guy was still churning and fighting for yardage and could have broken free. Boulware gained leverage and flipped him, but once the momentum started going backward, there was no way to lessen the blow. College football is getting ridiculous when the Gallman hit is ignored and that tackle is called a personal foul.
