All the angles (or I should say the one) seemed to indicate he slammed into the #### of the guy straddling the line. Which means he couldn't have crossed it with the ball.

Generous spot without proper care for the gravity of the situation.

Dont really care, but would prefer a cleaner dramatic ending to one of the biggest games of the year.
