What is the rule with clock stops under 2m in 2nd? I think I saw several instances where runner goes out of bounds, but clock runs.

I thought the clock stopped to move chains on 1st down and the clock stopped when runner goes out of bounds.

Did I miss a rule change? Thank you for educating me!

clock doesn't stop if ruled down inbounds.

In the final 2 min of a half the clock will stop on 1st down. Otherwise it runs after the ball is spotted.
