“Take away the turnovers and it’s a different ball game”
How is one supposed to take away turnovers that the “terrible” defense caused? I get complaining about the edge 100% yet they still bowed up and created havoc when needed. Sports discussions don’t even make sense anymore 🤣🤣🤣

That's just people who can't give credit where it's due. They can give criticism all day and they enjoy giving criticism. However, they can't give credit when it's due.
Because, if you're going to criticize the defense, you also have to praise them for holding the Cardinal to 14 points.
They were super aggressive with going for it and came in to Clemson with every intention of playing spoiler. They didn't and the defense was a big reason why.
I can concede that the tackling needs to improve a great deal. And, rallying to the ball needs to get better. But, overall, the defense played well enough.

I'm pretty sure Dabo said if you win the turnover battle and have more explosive plays than your opponent, you win over 90% of the games.
