What is it with our January slump and after one game gets cancelled... Now we're 1-4 starting January.
I realize their guard giraud?sp is good but I thought we matched up good pre game. People talk about the height difference and I understand that but giraud smoked us tonight and he's only 6-1. Dawes is 6.2, Hemingway 6.3, Hunter 6.3, Collins 6.5 - how'd we let him smoke us.
Every shot down the floor we should have worked it inside and let Naz shoot. Is he told not to shoot? We got crushed on rebounding again. Especially offensive boards. Why?

If memory serves me, in his post game interview after the win at Syracuse( football) Tony Elliott made the comment "We need to score more points". Now our esteemed basketball guru makes the statement " We are an average defensive team at best". So what is it about Syracuse that brings out the best in our coaching staff when it comes to post game interviews?
Maybe we needed to let our defensive football team go to Syracuse.
Seriously though, Tony was sought after by at least one team but I don't see such offers coming Brad's way.
I am now at the point maybe it's time to move on.
At the rate this season is going, the only thing that might save it is another first round at home loss in the NIT.

Brad needs to go and go now. We have a former player coaching in NBA right now who needs to be contacted asap!! Something has to change and that may be spark the BB program needs to change culture here! He was one of better players we ever had and played for one of best coaches we ever had! Go get Greg Buckner!!!

BB has it figured out. Get to the NCAA Tournament every 5 years and make the NIT a few times between that and you get to keep a job at Clemson. He should have been fired years ago. We might not even make it to the NIT this year. BB is the NIT King!!
