As a native Texan, let me just say that I hate the Dallas Cowboys with a passion. I really don't care for the Texans, either, but the Cowboys are an embarrassment. The owner is a coked up freak show and it goes all the way down to the water boy. Just a classy operation. NOT!!!! The NFL is a borefest, mostly, anyway.

I think that the two teams should have formed a close circle around both of them and allow Simpson some get back bc, it is really punkish when a player sucker punches another knowing full well that it ends there with everybody keeping them apart. I would have like to see how eager Hill would've been to throw a punch without anybody getting in Simpson's way giving Hill a chance to get away!!!

I noticed #91 for Dallas was former Clemson DT Carlos Watkins. I saw he didn’t get involved. I guess he felt a certain loyalty to his Cowboys teammate but also to a former Clemson teammate in Simpson.

Story should be John Simpson, former Clemson dlineman. We're not allowed to have any starting olineman in the NFL. ??
Go LV Tigers !!!

Good point. Wouldn't want anyone to think that we can recruit the o-line.

Simpson stands out at Clemson

Could Simpson be the best Clemson NFL lineman of the past 15-20 years? Maybe. 4th round pick Simpson was the 1st Clemson o-lineman drafted since 2014.
2014 pick Brandon Thomas was injured and did not make it. 2011 draft pick Chris Hairston looks like Clemson's top lineman of this past decade. It's been strangely slim. The skill players have overcome a lot with very average to poor o-lines.
For the past ten years, looks like Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Florida, Bama & Ohio State have the best o-linemen. Not a big surprise.
That said, the current line recruits including Leigh show potential if they can get in a game.
