How many championships would sec have in the last 9 years IF

there had been a playoff instead of the bcs?
I know the LSU/Bama rematch the bcs gave us probably would have never happened so that is possibly 1 less championship.
Thoughts?

Maybe 2-4 at best. The ESPN media-industrial complex...

...was constantly pushing the SEC narrative and intentionally and overtly influencing the votes of those involved in ranking and bowl selections. They have now been exposed...

Yep.
Someone may refresh my memory some, but as of this moment, I can only remember two sec teams in that time frame that I thought was clearly #1.

The "architect" of the BCS was former SEC commissioner Roy Kramer who wanted to develop a system (in words attributed to him) in which an SEC team was always in the Nat Champ game. Stupidly, the rest of the college football world trusted someone from the most penalized conference in NCAA history and went along with the plan....and after the money started pouring in, there were few protests.
The SEC point of view is force fed the rest of the nation by the world leader in college sports who also has a financial interest in the SEC being "the best"....but eventually, interest in a playoff system became strong enough that one HAD to be instituted. And the results were almost predictable...the SEC DIDN'T win a National Championship that required it to make a run against the best teams in the country.
Now, the field needs to be expanded to 8 teams rather than 4 and to figure out a system that employs merit to make the field.

I am thinking bama Twice auburn once and possibly Florida twice but definatly once, OREGON could've done it, FSU last year, that year ok. St. Was good, when good programs get laden with seniors, they are a force! I don't agree with an 8 team playoff I think it is just too much on the players and coaches (recruiting, pro coaches don't recruit). But yes, SEC might have had 5, but doubtful. The year notre dame went was a joke

The funniest thing is, the entire year the ESPN analysts kept trying to push for 2 SEC teams to be in the playoff. Its starting to look like the SEC West was nothing but a scam all year.
