The NCAA just endorsed cheating to win championships

Tennessee had 200 violations, let that sink in, 200 violations. And basically paid a 8 million dollar fine.
The NCAA says they don’t want to punish people who were not at the University when the violations took place.
Conclusion: cheat to the max, work with the NCAA during the investigation, pay a fine and your program is set to be in the championship talk at the end of the year.

CJP has a 6 yr show cause, and pretty much all the ringleaders are out of CFB for a good long while. So it does hit them in their individual pocketbooks.

And the ship reductions hurt, and the recruiting limitations hurt.

So, it is not a nothing burger.

They should have had that along with bigger fines. 200 violations isn't a "nothing burger' like some have suggested. I just hope more crap hits the fan for the low life dogs in Athens.

So put all the punishment on those that are already out of the program, very convenient.

This effectively has zero impact on their program and its cheating culture.

Negotiate your way out of harsher punishment because the staff that did it all was gone.

YMCA has more clout than the NCAA nowadays.***

Win championships????? Tennessee hasn't won squat in 25 years. They have been as pathetic as the coots since they won the Natty in 98.

Let's not loose sight of the fact that ut has been dirty a long time. The 98 team was led by guess who? The straight arrow Phillip Fulmer. Who hired Pruitt? Answer Phillip Fulmer.

Fulmer was the mastermind behind the whole scheme in my opinion, and he was allowed to resign and walk away into the sunset.
