I’ve got an idea. Let’s take out a 450 million loan against our valuation and use it to buy players!

Do they ever win anything?

Some of those are really surprising . . .

Lower than I would have expected:

Auburn at 20 seems a bit low
Miami at 31 seems low
UNC at 40 seems a tad low

Higher than I would have expected:

Kentucky at 19
Iowa at 21
Mich St at 22
Stanford at 23
Illinois at 25
Duke at 26

I wonder if some of those private schools - Stanford, Duke, etc. - I wonder if their athletic departments get endowment money? Not sure how that works, but otherwise I can't imagine Duke and Stanford being in the top 30.

They show our revenue as $36 million more than sc, which us surprising. I know we get more donatons and make more in ticket sales etc.. but thought sc's sec money more than made up for it.

They list Notre Dame as an ACC school, which tends to make me think this is truly all sports. This would explain some of the discrepancies of what we would think about the rankings (like Stanford Being so high, when they are annually one of the top teams in total sports rankings).

I also noticed that the ACC has most of the private colleges on the list...
