Guess folks better be ready, right? Really the systems running SSI should have been upgraded years ago and all this would not be an issue. One department paper processes retirements in a section of government by hand in a mine. That sounds really like the way to go in the computer age .

Nor did the writer dig any deeper with other sources withe anything specific as to how or why the payments could be delayed

Wanted to learn something there and really did not
